IF YOU SEND US EMAIL ABOUT YOUR PROBLEM YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR USER ID AND PASSWORD. YOU MUST TELL US WHICH CLUB YOU JOINED AND THE EXACT URL YOU WERE ON WHEN YOU TRIED TO GET IN. TELL US EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED IN DETAIL. If you send email append your message to the ones that you sent before so we can track your problem and help you solve it. 1. I can't get into the site. The server says not responding or times out. It said "no DNS number found". A. This could be caused by slow response or a down system at any point along the internet path. It could be your own ISP, our ISP or "Internet weather", something on the internet backbone being down or slow. We have often been unable to get a response while dialed in on one of our ISP's and found we had no problem with another that we use as a backup. 2. I entered my information again on the same page I originally signed in at, and couldn't get in. A. When you come back in you must look for the MEMBERS ENTRANCE. 3. My user id and password are not working. A. UPPER CASE and lower case are not the same. It works just get it right. 4. I have the user id but it didn't let me make up a password. A. Go back to the page you were sent to ORIGINALLY ( not the MEMBERS entrance ). Use the code you were given as the user id. You will see a box to enter your password. 5. I tried to get in using Internet Explorer and couldn't then I tried Netscape and it worked fine. A. Great, use whichever one works best for you. They both work fine.
